This isn't your typical internship. We're looking for ambitious individuals who want to build something meaningful from the ground up. As a Management Trainee, you'll be part of our founding team—learning, creating, and growing alongside us as we scale ShipScope into a category-defining media-tech company.
You'll receive comprehensive training in professional media production, from Adobe Creative Suite mastery to advanced video editing and multi-platform distribution. More importantly, you'll learn what it takes to build and run a media business in the age of AI and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Master Adobe Creative Suite for professional video editing and motion graphics
- Understand the complete content lifecycle: pre-production, production, and post-production
- Create engaging content for multiple social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Develop skills in storytelling, visual design, and audience engagement
- Contribute to course content development and e-learning delivery
- Participate in all phases of media business operations
Must Have
- Completed graduation (any discipline; Media, Communications, or Business backgrounds are a plus)
- Fluency in both Hindi and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
- Resourceful, adaptable, and eager to learn rapidly
- Ready to work hard and be part of building something from the ground up
- Excited about media, content creation, and digital storytelling
Nice to have
- Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite or video editing software
- Active social media presence or content creation experienceGoogle Adwords experience
- Understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms
- Basic knowledge of AI tools for content creation
- Portfolio of creative work (college projects, personal content, etc.)
