The Opportunity
This isn't your typical internship. We're looking for ambitious, curious individuals who want to build something meaningful from the ground up. As a Management Trainee, you'll be part of our founding team—learning, creating, and growing alongside us as we scale ShipScope into a category-defining media-tech company.
You'll receive comprehensive, hands-on training in professional media production, from pre-production strategy and content creation to advanced video editing and multi-platform distribution. More importantly, you'll learn what it takes to build and run a media business in the age of AI and digital transformation.
What You'll Experience
You'll be immersed in all aspects of modern media production:
- Master industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite to create professional-grade content
- Learn the complete content lifecycle: research and ideation, shooting and production, editing and post-production, and strategic distribution
- Understand social media strategy, viral content creation, and platform-specific optimization
- Explore AI-powered workflows that are reshaping the content creation industry
- Contribute directly to ShipScope's growth through real projects with real impact
- Work across multiple channels including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and our e-learning platform
This is a 360-degree learning experience. You won't be stuck doing one task—you'll rotate through different aspects of the business to discover where your strengths truly shine.
Who Thrives Here
We're looking for self-starters who:
- Have completed their graduation (any discipline; Media, Communications, or Business backgrounds are advantageous)
- Are fluent in both Hindi and English
- Bring prior experience with Adobe Suite, video editing, or content creation (highly valued but not required)
- Possess strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where no two days are the same
- Are resourceful, adaptable, and eager to take initiative
- Have a genuine passion for digital media, storytelling, and content strategy
